Deadline : September 30, 2026.

• Only members of IPS / BIPA / WPA are eligible to submit scientific proposals.
• Registration is mandatory for all faculty members, including speakers, facilitators, chairs, moderators and panellists.
• All authors must complete their registration within one week of receiving the acceptance communication from the scientific committee.
• No one will be permitted to participate in the scientific programme or be allotted floor time without completing the mandatory registration.

Guidelines for content of Abstract

• All abstracts must be submitted in English using Times New Roman font.
• Please choose an appropriate category related to your presentation. Do not submit the same abstract to multiple categories.
• You may use standard abbreviations; however, mention unusual abbreviations in brackets after the full word when it appears for the first time.
• The abstract should not contain broad statements like "The results will be discussed".
• Use numerals to indicate numbers, except when beginning of a sentence.

Instructions for the content of the Abstract

• Figures, tables and graphs should not be included.
• Use generic names of drugs only.
• In original research, the results must be submitted along with the abstract.
• No references are needed with abstract submission.
• By submitting an abstract, the author transfers copyright ownership to the organising committee for publication. The committee reserves the right to reproduce the abstract/presentation made at the conference in print or electronic media.
• Abstracts / Papers previously published or presented at any national or international meeting are not permitted. Abstracts/papers previously published or presented at local or state levels are permitted, but the details must be mentioned in the submission.

General Instructions

• All presentations should be made in the latest version of MS Office.
• A preview room shall be operational in the conference area
• All presentations of respective halls shall be centrally coordinated from this preview room.
• The presenter must submit his/her Power Point/audio/video in the preview room, at least 24 hours before his/her scheduled presentation.
• The preview room shall be equipped with enough desktops/laptops.
• The presenter can preview/modify his/her presentation in the preview room well in advance.
• If any presenter wishes to present the paper through a personal laptop, it is mandatory that the compatibility of the personal laptop with our audio-visual system should be checked in the preview room.
• Any Fonts and animations, if used, which are not a part of the standard MS Office pack should be included with the Presentation Pen drive, and this should be specified to the Audio Visual in charge at the Preview Room well in advance.
• If any other format is used which deviates from the above-mentioned format, the same should be informed at least one week before the conference so that alternative arrangements can be made if possible
• The medium of storage used by the presenters should be a flash drive or USB HDD.
• Abstracts to be submitted only via the Online Submission Portal on ANCIPS 2027 Website.
• Cutoff date for free papers and abstracts of Posters- OCTOBER 31, 2026.
• Cut-off date for Symposia, workshops and Awards- SEPTEMBER 30, 2026.
• After the cut-off dates, any entry will not be entertained

Evaluation Criteria (Double-Blind Peer Review)
Proposals are evaluated across the following criteria:

• Scientific Merit: Rigor, methodology, and evidence base.
• Clinical Relevance: Direct utility in psychiatric practice.
• Originality: Novelty and innovative approaches.
• Educational Design: Clear action objectives and adult learning principles (especially workshops).
• Faculty Expertise: Track record and authority of speakers.
• Audience Engagement: Active polling, Q&A, and interactive tools.
• Theme Alignment: Integration with conference themes and current trends.
• Expert & Geographic Diversity: 5-zone representation, institutional, gender, and career-stage balance.
• Ethical Compliance: Clear disclosures (commercial COI, funding, AI tools).

Acceptance & Session Allocation
Acceptance letters will be sent via email to the submitting authors. Selection of the session is solely at the discretion of the Scientific Committee, based on the evaluation criteria and the availability of suitable time slots.
